Brief of Product
Hot-Dip 55% Al-Zn Coated Steel Coil is made with Hot/Cold Rolled Steel Coil dipped into a molten tank filled with 55% Aluminum, 43.4% Zinc and 1.6% Silicate to form a barrier on steel coil and gain the characteristics of corrosion resistance.

Product Features
55% Al-Zn Coated Product gains corrosion resistance from the barrier protecting function of Aluminum and the sacrificing protecting function of Zinc. When Zinc is acting its sacrificing protection at cutting edge, scratch and bruise of coating layer, Aluminum will form an insoluble oxide layer and demonstrate its barrier protection function.
