Shuo Yuan Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 and a plant was built in Benjhou Industrial Park, Gangshan District,kaoshiung city in March 2004. The plant covered an area of 12000 square meters. Phase 1 plant construction was completed in November 2004. Following rapid growth of business, Phase 2 expansion commenced in April 2006 and completed in 2007.
